Anitha Jacob, PA-C

Anitha Jacob PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant licensed in the state of New York. She practices in the field of orthopedic total joint surgery under the direction of Dr Jose A Rodriguez. Ms Jacob is involved in many aspects of patient care including diagnosing and treating patients within the office, assisting in the operating room, interpreting diagnostic studies, patient education and research projects. She has been a practicing PA for over seven years.

Ms Jacob had worked in the Department of Orthopedics at Lenox Hill Hospital for over four years before specializing in Adult Reconstructive Surgery. She has also works per diem in the Emergency Department at Winthrop University Hospital.

Anitha graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant studies. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree from Stony Brook University with a focus on Healthcare Management.
