Katie Shea, PA-C is a nationally certified, New York State licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in the field of Orthopedics. Under the direction of Dr. Steven Lee, Katie handles all aspects of patient care including diagnosis, treatement, patient education, interpreting diagnostic tests as well as assisting Dr Lee in surgery.
Katie hails from sunny Boca Raton, Florida. She obtained her Bachelor of Health Science degree at the University of Florida. Katie continued her education and completed a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University. While most of her courses were held in Fort Lauderdale, Katie completed her clinical rotations in Manhattan and decided to move to the 'Big Apple' to begin her PA career.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys discovering the exciting city of New York, watching Knicks basketball games and cheering on the Florida Gators.
